Horseradish Bacon Dip

My sister-n-law makes this every year around the holidays.

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
2 tbsp horseradish, I like to add more to taste
2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Blend all the above (except chives), pour into a bowl; stir in chives. Refrigerate for 1 hour and server with crackers.
